Ronnie H Mirza
is a dynamic lawyer from Bombay practicing in the legal arena and having more than 30 years experience. Ronnie graduated from the portals of the Government Law College, Mumbai, a premier law institute in Asia. He enrolled for his article-ship with one of the most reputed law firms having more than 60 years of practice in the legal arena and was one of the senior & experienced associate lawyers at the said firm, when he left to set up his own establishment. During his article-ship, Ronnie specialized for over four years in all aspects of laws relating to immovable properties including structuring of documents in the nature of conveyances and agreements for development, deeds of mortgages and other documents complementary to conveyancing. Besides conveyancing he also successfully handled corporate and land related litigations. In 1994 he along with his father and brother, together set up RHM Legal as a boutique firm, offering a wide spectrum of legal services.
Structuring agreements and handling complex transactions related to immovable properties, conveyance including flats and plots of land and development of immovable property in particular, re-development schemes, slum rehabilitation schemes, development of immovable properties located in special zones allocated by the Competent Authority under special provisions and transactions pertaining to development & transfer of properties of charitable trusts and Competent Authorities, assisting Public and Private Charitable Trusts in their administrative and legal matters including questions pertaining to interpretation of the Trust, Initiating proceedings before Charity Commissioner involving Trust matters, initiating proceedings at the Collector’s Office for matters pertaining to immovable property, advising clients and conducting trials relating to properties including laws of tenancy, Assisting Corporates in mergers & acquisitions and drawing up contracts of Joint Ventures (international as well) on their behalf, structuring I.
